A sister of Zoltar who is known for being ruthless. She is at time put in charge of missions ("Galaxy Girls). Most of the agents under her are female. Some agents she keeps in line by holding their families hostage ("Rage of the Robotoids").

She is not well known to G-Force at first, since she usually works behind the scenes or in disguise. But like S-9, she proves the SPectran female is one to be particularly wary of!
