Okay, HAD to put at least something in here about this guy. President Kane is
the President of the Federation of Peaceful Planets, and as such has a closer
relationship to Chief Anderson than do other politicians. Chief Anderson at
times acts as advisor to the President, and, at his request, gives presentations
at meetings of the Representatives of the Federation Planets.
